At Runway Catalog, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer boxes, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package over any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
